Inauguration ceremony of the monument in honor of Major Tucker who died on the bridge and supervised the reconstruction between Carentan and Saint Hilaire Petitville. In 1944, 4 stelaes reminded this fact of arms and then in the fifties, they disappeared. Today, we correct this error in the presence of French and American civilian and military authorities, veterans. June 5th at 11 am on the Tucker Bridge
